              Shri Siddeshwar Temple is a unique ancient temple located in the Athani city of Belagavi district, Karnataka state, India. This temple is built during the period of Chalukyas around the 12th century and later renovated by the Adil Shahis of Bijapur around the 15th century. The specialty of this temple is that it has Indo-Islamic architecture (Mosque architecture). On the lower side, the Garbh Gudi has Hindu architecture and on the upper side, Gumbaz is there instead of gopura. It is the biggest temple in Athani city. Shri Siddeshwar is the main deity of Athani city. Special pooja is performed every Monday. Big Jatra takes place in April month every year.
